As an Associate Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving success and supporting sales growth of the Client groups of Department Stores. You will be responsible for:Develop, implement, and execute commercial plans for Department Stores channel.Analyze sales performance and profitability by SKU / campaign / channel and propose action plans.Coordinate with internal areas (marketing, finance, operations, logistics) to ensure availability, compliance, and execution.Maintain a strong and long-term relationship with buyers from department stores.Negotiate commercial terms (prices, discounts, promotions, displays).Joint planning: Co-create promotional calendars, product launches, and events (such as Christmas, Children’s Day, Black Friday, etc.).Strategic commercial management, logistics, and market adaptation, especially in a seasonal and highly competitive sector such as toys.
